- Our Sales Officer gets back to you to book a day to visit the site, or you watch our virtual site visitation page
- Sales & Purchase Agreement is signed
- Your chosen plot with its indenture will be presented to you with 2 weeks.
We have demarcated some of the blocks for self-development, and plots in these blocks are currently for sale. Remember, we will also start building some houses at the Senco City from April 2024 and we can build for you too on a flexible payment plan.
Prices & Plot sizes: These prices are valid up to June 30, 2025

- Quarter plot: 33ft by 70ft – GHc10,000 (upfront)
